Smiling, he shows them a simple dice game, then slyly convinces them to wager their hard-earned tourist dollars. Matt Bomer (A'00) doesn't work the street corners, but the colorful actor pulls off cons of a different kind as a scam artist turned FBI consultant in USA Network's drama "White Collar."
